The advertiser can use a Form to collect customers’ information and contact them later. For that, a form name is required Form Text customization is also available, it is an optional feature. Ad Headline and Ad Description constitutes the Form Text. Then under customer information, many options such as Full name, Email, Street Address, Date of birth Gender, Job Title, Company Name are given. By clicking the box next to each option you can add them to your form and collect the necessary details from your customer. Next, a short answer question can be added. Then set the form language and proceed to Duration settings and then move on to payment.
